Many companies have catchy slogans, pretty pictures, and client testimonials. Our mission at Campbell/Manix, Inc., however, is simple. We want to make a "Raving Fan" out of you, our customer.

This is not an easy task in the design/construction business. It is a tough industry that is fraught with schedule delays and budget problems. Our systems bring discipline to the project to ensure that it remains within budget and on schedule. Our people bring enthusiasm to the project to ensure that the client is excited from start to finish.

Campbell/Manix is not a volume driven company. We have grown to a size that allows us to bring resources to a project, and yet, pay attention to the client. We have a diverse portfolio of projects that reflect our ability to apply our systems and experience to any type of project.

As a matter of fact, we don't even have a salesperson at Campbell/Manix. Our past clients are our best salespeople, and our workload reflects that fact. History

Campbell/Manix, Inc. is a full service design/build construction firm located in Southfield, Michigan. The company was established in 1972 and has constructed buildings throughout Southeastern Michigan and the Midwest. We achieved our ISO 9001 certification in 2001.  We offer a single source approach to constructing projects including site analysis, design, engineering, interior design and construction. Our annual volume is $70 - $100 million which makes us large enough to bring resources and buying power to all projects, yet small enough to provide individual attention to your project.

Markets

Campbell/Manix, Inc. works in six primary construction markets: Due to a slow down in automotive related construction, we have changed our focus and residential construction revenues now represent nearly 35% of our annual volume.

People

Our great people separate us from the competition. Over the years, we have continually worked to hire only the best people to work at Campbell/Manix. We have a highly experienced group that includes registered architects, professional engineers, designers, and MBA’s.

Services

Our clients have different needs and we operate under three basic types of contract format - Design/Build, Construction Management, and General Contract. Over half our work is on a Design/Build basis and we have a full service architectural group, Campbell/Manix, Associates, to handle the working drawings. Due to the fact that our clients are repeat customers, most of our work is handled on a negotiated fee basis.
