Many companies have catchy slogans, pretty pictures, and client testimonials. Our mission at KIRCO MANIX, however, is simple. We want to make a "Raving Fan" out of you, our customer.

This is not an easy task in the design/construction business. It is a tough industry that is fraught with schedule delays and budget problems. Our systems bring discipline to the project to ensure that it remains within budget and on schedule. Our people bring enthusiasm to the project to ensure that the client is excited from start to finish.

KIRCO MANIX is not a volume driven company. We have grown to a size that allows us to bring resources to a project, and yet, pay attention to the client. We have a diverse portfolio of projects that reflect our ability to apply our systems and experience to any type of project.

As a matter of fact, we don't even have a salesperson at KIRCO MANIX. Our past clients are our best salespeople, and our workload reflects that fact. History

Matt Kiriluk, President of KIRCO and Douglas Manix, President of Campbell/Manix, Inc, are pleased to announce the formation of KIRCO MANIX Construction, LLC, a full-service construction company based in Troy, Michigan. The two organizations, both rich in history and experience with strong reputations built in the market for integrity and quality, have joined their respective construction operations to enhance their capabilities. Douglas Manix will serve as President of KIRCO MANIX, Michael Moore will serve as Executive Vice President of Operations, and Dave Endres will serve as Director of Pre-Construction Services.

Matt Kiriluk will continue to serve as President of KIRCO, which will remain as it is today, a diverse real estate development and investment organization.

This company combines two well established construction firms with roots extending back to 1929. Together, KIRCO MANIX has over $3 billion worth of experience in construction projects and will offer customers a unique, full-service approach through the design, engineering, and construction processes.

KIRCO MANIX is geographically diverse with offices in Troy, Michigan; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Columbus, Ohio. Services

Our clients have different needs and we operate under three basic types of contract format - Design/Build, Construction Management, and General Contract. Over half our work is on a Design/Build basis and we have a full service architectural group, KIRCO MANIX, Associates, to handle the working drawings. Due to the fact that our clients are repeat customers, most of our work is handled on a negotiated fee basis.
