In 2009 Matt Kiriluk, President of KIRCO and Douglas Manix, President of Campbell/Manix, Inc, announced the formation of KIRCO MANIX Construction, LLC, a full-service construction company based in Troy, Michigan. The two organizations, both rich in history and experience with strong reputations built in the market for integrity and quality, joined their respective construction operations to enhance their capabilities. Douglas Manix serves as President of KIRCO MANIX, Michael Moore serves as Executive Vice President of Operations, and Dave Endres serves as Director of Pre-Construction Services.

Matt Kiriluk continues to serve as President of KIRCO, which remains as it is today, a diverse real estate development and investment organization.

This company combines two well established construction firms with roots extending back to 1929. Together, KIRCO MANIX has over $3 billion worth of experience in construction projects and will offer customers a unique, full-service approach through the design, engineering, and construction processes.
