All regular full-time employees are eligible for medical, prescription drug, and dental coverage. Campbell/Manix and the employee share the insurance premium cost for the employee, spouse, and dependent children under the age of 19. Campbell/Manix offers two medical plans, BlueCare Network (HMO) and Blue Cross Blue Shield Community Blue (PPO). Campbell/Manix offers dental coverage through the United States Life Insurance Company. The provider network is AIG.

This account allows you to deduct pre-tax any premiums you pay for your health insurance coverage, certain out of pocket medical, dental, or vision expenses, and dependent care expenses.

Campbell/Manix Inc. recognizes that employees need scheduled time away from normal work duties for their personal well being. Annual vacation time, based on the employee’s length of service, is granted with pay.

In addition to the 401(k) plan that is offered where employees make pre-tax contributions to their account, Campbell/Manix also offers a profit sharing plan where the company may contribute a percentage of your base salary to your account.
