Additions Include: 78,000 sf, 20 bed acute care unit and 103 bed residential treatment unit addition.

Renovations Include: Upgrading the adolescent units, kitchen, dining and office spaces. The existing facility is 85,000 sf and with the addition the total completed project will result in a 163,000 sf psychiatric treatment facility.

Medical Center, this 19,242 sf space is
home to Allure Medical Spa. This medical
spa offers patients a state-of-the-art facility
that is one of the first in Michigan offering
innovative non-surgical as well as surgical
cosmetic services.

KIRCO purchased an existing on-campus
building and is developing/constructing
an adjacent facility on the campus.
KIRCO will also be purchasing some
vacant land from the hospital enabling
them to execute a 1031 exchange for
new land and penetrate a new market.

A state-of-the-art Emergency wing was added to the Henry Ford Macomb Emergency Center and not only increased efficency in the hospital, but also created a pleasant experience for the hospital patrons.

KIRCO developed and constructed a
101,330 sf building on campus, which is
connected to the main hospital via an
attached walkway. The project required
the redesign of the entire site plan,
providing better site circulation. KIRCO

Mt. Clemens Regional Medical Center is
a 60,000 sf, three-story, Class A medical
facility that brings the clinical expertise of
Mt. Clemens Regional to Northern Macomb
County.

This 36,000 sf medical center features two stories, a brick and glass exterior, and many medical services for its patrons who reside in the Troy metropolitan area.
