The two-story office features a dramatic atrium lobby and decorative open stair, while the high bay manufacturing area provides for crane rail access with one interior truckwell.

A 26,250 s.f., 54 door cross dock facility with 6,500 s.f. of office space. This project was constructed in six months and included a fueling station and a fire pump/holding tank system for fire protection.

A single story, 180,000 s.f. Manufacturing Facility with a 24,000 s.f. two-story office for one of the largest manufacturers of parts for the defense industry. The project was designed using classic architecture with brick being the natural selection to unify and strengthen this relationship and respect for history. Radial brick corners, precast concrete accent bands and creative play of stepped roof levels were incorporated into the design of the facility.

A 189,000 s.f. engineering, manufacturing, and office facility. The two-story, 40,000 s.f. office/engineering space includes a high-end lobby and conferencing area. The plant includes heavy-duty floors, crane bays with 20-ton cranes, and upgraded electrical/mechanical systems.

A 36,000 s.f., cross dock facility, including 7,000 s.f. of office area.

A 92,000 s.f. high-tech plant for manufacturing and machining of precision components for the automotive industry. This project features an underground flume system for transferring coolant fluid for the machining process.

A 167,000 s.f. office and manufacturing facility featuring a contemporary design utilizing sleek, pre-finished silver horizontal metal panels and blue reflective glass for a clean, smooth facade.

ArvinMeritor is a Tier 1 supplier for the automotive industry. This facility will be used to manufacture light vehicle system components.

A new 50,000 s.f. headquarters facility consisting of office, training, and assembly areas.
