project consisted of a 160,000 s.f. six story office tower and a
100,000 s.f. technical center. The progressive design included many
high-end finishes as well as unique space planning concepts such
as a customer center and global capabilities area.

The complex building design included a climatic vehicle tunnel for
simulating actual operating conditions for performance evaluations,
a climate control system test chamber, and electromagnetic compatibility
chamber (EMC), anechoic chambers, and a prototype lab.

A/C systems. The progressive building design includes a full height
exterior glass curtain-wall system with matching interior glass
partitions allowing full view between the two-story office and lab
areas. The labs consist of multiple vibration shakers on a reaction
mass, vehicle environmental chambers, a full anechoic sound chamber,
and chemical/corrosion metal laboratories.

upscale look was successfully achieved. |

company. This building features an open ceiling plan with acoustical
deck and extensive use of wood paneling and natural stone floor
finishes. The exterior was constructed utilizing a metal sandwich
panel offset with brick panels.
