The project was constructed utilizing cast-in-place concrete and a glass and metal panel exterior. The 70 lofts included amenities such as granite, wood floors, and fireplaces.

A 149 room, 110,000 s.f., suite style hotel catering to the business traveler. This four story project was constructed utilizing a wood framing system for all four floors. It includes a pool, conference center, and high end lobby with extensive millwork. The exterior consists of brick, vinyl siding, and a shingle style roof.

A multiphase 426 unit condominium project. The typical two story building consists of 12 units and was constructed utilizing a wood structure with an attractive brick exterior. Interior finishes include granite, millwork, fireplaces, and other high end features. The schedule was set up to deliver and complete the punchlist for one building every month. In addition to the construction, Kirco Manix handled the buyer walk-thru and all warranty claims on site.
