KIRCO MANIX believes in hiring team-oriented, highly skilled subcontractors who are committed to providing quality materials and workmanship so that the end result is total customer satisfaction.

KIRCO MANIX has built a reputation in the construction industry by treating subcontractors and suppliers fairly – during both the bidding and construction processes. We are an ISO 9001 certified company and a strong believer in quality control. As part of this we have our Project Managers and Superintendents fill out Subcontractor/ Supplier Evaluation Forms after the completion of every project. All of this information is passed along to the subcontractor or supplier. Subcontractors and suppliers need to maintain specified ratings to remain on our “Approved Supplier List”.
